Albert Nikola - DUNSBOROUGH

Albert Einstein once wrote on a blackboard: “Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts.” But you can count on this cafe delivering some of the best coffee I have ever had ! I am from Melbourne and was recently on holiday with my wife when we discovered this gem. Rob and his staff are amazing and as much as we were tourists, by the end of our holiday we left as locals. The staff all knew our name and the coffee was simply amazing. I didn’t expect to find a coffee shop I felt sad to leave in our travels but Albert and Nikola, is really a one in a million coffee shops. And I hope others will find there coffee and hospitality truely out of this world. They are on to a winner and have discovered Einstein’s theory which is delicious coffee!!

I was in Dunsborough as part of my trip from Ireland. I have to say the coffee in the place is just out of the world. No place in my view would even come a close second...!!!
