We've been to the rest of the breweries in the area, so might as well try this one as well. Cute outside area. They're breaking in some new employees, and...
A decent (bunless) burger and bourbon. The views are great . I don't think the staff heard (or cared) about allergies as I asked for gf options and the...
Very Bright lighting. Server was nice and professional, but eratic in how often he would visit our table .vs other tables. Was there for Valentines Day dinner. But the lighting was so bright I wouldn't want to eat dinner there again. No intimacy in the atmosphere like a high dollar $92 for two people) restaurant should have.
This restaurant has a beautiful setting. It could be more than a hotel restaurant. The waitress had one other table than ours and took 10minutes to greet us because she was in a conversation with the only other table. I ordered the salad with salmon. The salmon was so over cooked and the salad was very bland. The waitress did check on us but obviously this is not her calling. It turned out to be a depressing meal in a depressing atmosphere in a restaurant that sits overlooking the Animas River. Where is management? Is the restaurant just a side focus to the hotel? Up your game Doubletree, you’re sitting on a gold mine.
