Thank you for saving the day. It was my graduation celebration dinner. My husband and I had made reservations for Mama Sylvia's and had left after appetizers after an appalling experience due to lack of professionalism and kindness. We had reservations and though a server did not realize this, had spoken out of turn and was unprofessional. We didn't even want to stay for entrees after a 45 minute wait for drinks and hadn't seen our server. Your hole in the wall restaurant outshines the prestigious reservation only Mama Sylvia's. Our server was impeccable with her service. Immediately welcomed us in and exhbited amazing customer service skills. Blonde haired, blue eyes, and beautiful black and flowered shirt. Her service made up for what would have been a horrible night. Can't thank you enough. Food is always phenomenal. Thank you, Loyal patron.

We love Cuckoos! The atmosphere is lively and our visits there are always met with warm friendly people who actually remember our names. I’m embarrassed that I can’t call their names now. Old age makes my memory suck.

Dang good wings. Good-sized and great sauces. We come to Durango from Colorado Springs about once a year and always try to eat here. Simply one of my all-time favorite Wing places.

We’ve been looking for good fried chicken since moving to Durango and we’re excited to try this. My husband and I both got fried chicken dinners and our kids shared the chicken tenders. We found the fried chicken to not have much flavor. My meal was supposed to come with a breast and a leg and instead came with a thigh and a leg. The chicken tenders also did not have much flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuits were great!

If I could give negative stars I would. We arrived to eat with our handicapped son and were told they were grandfathered to not be ADA accessible. It would cost the Owner 's less than $200 for a foldable ramp to accommodate people with disabilities but clearly they just don 't recognize what it means to be a decent human.
