Al Razzaaq - Durban

Specialist in indo cuisine food, chicken tikka and prawn tikka masala is one of the best I have tasted. Large variety of dishes on the menu, spoilt for choice. Great restaurant for the family.

I really enjoyed the boneless mutton bunny, and the Tikka prawn masala was fantastic. They use authentic spices without any artificial coloring.

I had a wonderful, laid-back Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and attentive. It's definitely one of the top Eastern cuisine spots in Durban. I look forward to returning to try more of the enticing dishes on the menu. I hope they keep up their high standards!

Al Razzaaq offers the best butter chicken and naan bread in Durban, in my opinion. While it may not be the cheapest option, the quality of the food makes it worth the slight extra cost. However, I've noticed that the amount of chicken pieces seems to have decreased over the past couple of years, and I’ll keep an eye on that and provide updates.

I ordered Lamb Aloo curry through Mr Delivery 3 times this week (8 April 2022). All 3 times I was given beef curry instead. The meat was tough unlike any lamb I've tasted. Yesterday's order not only was tough , had beef instead of lamb and was grossly salty. I called the restaurant this morning around 12pm to get either a refund or another curry but 3 hours later no response.
