Village Pizza - Durham

It might be a hole in the wall, but my wife will only ever order steak salads here, and I love their calzones!

This is the best pizza in town, hands down! I was helping my girlfriend move into her new apartment yesterday and as a treat for our hard work I got us a pizza (UNH loaded) and it absolutely hit the spot! The dough is hand tossed and super light and crispy. The combination of toppings on the UNH loaded pizza was also terrific, loved the veggie and meat medley. The owner is also super friendly and the person who was making the pizza too! You can tell that there's a lot of passion for pizza here.

Worst steak and cheese of my life. Tasted like I was eating a salt block. DO NOT EVER GO THERE.

Really good pizza. We just moved to the area and tried it out. The Village will be a regular pizza spot for us.

Went here last night for dinner since it was the only pizza place open in the area, and honestly I’m glad I did! The cooks are friendly and helped me with questions. The food was amazing! I ordered a large pizza and I’m telling you it’s worth it, and their garlic knots were just as good also! I swear it’s my favorite place in the area now! If you are in the area definitely try it!
