Burger King - Durham County

This is my new review: 07/05/23 No Burger King. Building demolished. Where's the king now? I don't go across the street. I rather drive 12 mile to Brier Creek to get better customer service and great food.

Ordered online on their app. Was refused service and watched the manager through my order in the trash. The staff had the worst attitude I've ever seen. Then was refused a refund. I would rate this place a zero if possible. This place was so dirty it was unbelievable. The drive through wait was over 30 minutes. Stay away from this place!

Went in to place take out order. Older woman at the counter was stacking cups. She never looked up, asked to take my order or anything. When I asked her if I could place my order, she RUDELY said she was waiting on me? She was extremely unprofessional and it was an awful customer experience and I will never return. Clearly management is lacking to have someone with this poor behavior on the front line

Very good atmosphere... Best whopper I've had in a while.

This Burger King is the worst one ever. How can you be a burgar joint and not have any buns. The service here is awful. No one can be in the drive thru and you still have to wait for service.
