We are always happy when we see a caffè nero, because we are the standard of food and drink always clean and tidy, but the best for us is, they are also dog friendly at a cold and wet winter day it is like a miracle that appears out of the fog.

I highly recommend the chocolate cake—it's heavenly! In terms of drinks, they have a variety of classic options as well as a special menu for premium beverages. You can collect a card to earn a stamp with each purchase, or download their mobile app for the same rewards and occasional perks.

Among the three leading chains in Britain, I would confidently place Nero at the top, and it’s not even a close contest.

Beautiful ambiance, friendly staff, great coffee, and delicious cake. Unlike some places, they don't make a fuss about people not wearing masks when they’re not seated, which is refreshing!
