Pizza-heimservice Fantastico

Not recommended, we would advise on the phone unfriendly and our order has been completely forgotten. Better find another delivery service

For several orders this year unfortunately too late. Up to 60 minutes. Always had to be called. Today too late and unfortunately it missed a pizza. The delivery (25 minutes) was then unfortunately not the missing pizza. At least the driver is nice and there was a small compensation. Due to a small celebration and the lockdown, I asked for punctual delivery and asked if this is possible. That was confirmed on the phone. With minimal delay, the competition will gladly bring a bottle of cola or wine unrequired. This is where the driver does something. Conclusion: Pizza good, driver nice, bad service and not reliable.

About two and a half hours waiting time, three calls, two promises of the riders are already on the go, the food is still not there! It's unofficial service! Unfortunately, this is not the first time. We've been waiting for dinner for the third time for two hours, even if we ordered it in time for a certain time... that's impossible! We're pissed!

For years we have been ordering salads, pizzas, noodles and chicken marsala. We have never been disappointed, everything comes fresh and tastefully delivered very well home and the quality has never left behind in recent years. We can only recommend the Fantastico....

A pizza from Fantastico is always a highlight. It tastes great, is inexpensive and always fast since usually in 20 30 minutes. Schnitzel, croquettes and salads are also a pleasure. The pizza is prepared with fresh ingredients and always comes hot. Pizza Heimservice Fantastico has developed to our favorite pizzaria in recent years. The staff is always super friendly. I very much hope that Fantastico will stay for a long time and deliver many fantastic pizzas.
