Winsor House Inn - DUXBURY

Turkey Dinner on Thanksgiving at The Windsor House was delicious! Portions were big and we were happy to take leftovers home. Kudos for a great job in this COVID atmosphere.

We were long followers of the Winsor House, but tonight was our last visit until the new property was taken over. Unfortunately, our dinner and service left us very unsatisfactory. Our server was terrible. He wouldn't have a simple request for the addition of potatoes after they informed us they were suddenly out of the duck we ordered. He was hardly attentive and when we asked for a drink after the dessert, the bar informed us, although many tables around us enjoy their drinks. Do not waste your time or money on this final meal, not worth it.

Hostess and wait staff were friendly and courteous. The meal was great, but next time I will bring a sweater for outside.

Everything was perfect on a beautiful September evening. Loved our meals, great service and superb ambiance. Love this place!!!

A great find!!! Will be back! Appreciated being able to reserve a table on line! A wonderful dining atmosphere! And the food was good.
