This Subway is like any other Subway, except for one thing that sets them apart from the rest I have been at and that's hygiene. The sub crafter was constantly changing their gloves out between handling the condiments and meats by hand to prevent cross contamination and always replaced tongs with fresh ones. That goes along way with me, even if they do wear gloves. One thing to note do not use the order on line service at this location. They basically got my wives and my sandwich completey wrong, by the time we got home and opened them up, it was too late. You'd be better off just watching them make the sub so they can't mess it up.
Every time we go to pick up a online order or even phone 1 or more things are messed up.
Amazing friendly and pretty quick service but definitely went above and beyond to make my sandwich perfect
Ordered Two footlongs from the Dyer TN location online one of them Deluxe with extra veggies.When we got them home both were cold one wasnt even toasted.The deluxe was not deluxe even though we was charged for it.No extra veggies or even the right amount for a normal footlong ie:3 pieces of cucumber, very lite lettuce, and about 5 spinach leaves.It was missing the sauce completely as well as the subspice requested.We called the store to complain and spoke with a person claiming she was the manager,she asked if we would like to have it replaced the same day or at a later time.We stated we didnt have time to come back that day and would pick them up the next day.She said that was no problem and said she would place our order on a board in the office and to go ahead and enjoy the subs that where made wrong on her and to just call and the order would be remade the next day on her.The next day I call the store and tell the worker that we have an order on the board and the manager told us to call when we was on the way.The worker only said OK and hung up.When my wife got there they stated that they knew nothing about it and that we didnt even speak with anyone even though our order was on the Board as stated.They also told my wife that when an order is wrong you have to come back in the same day and bring the sub with you as proof.Needless to say my wife was not happy with being accused of trying to rip them off.They proceed to make the one sub over and tell my wife that they are not replacing the other sub as it wasnt made wrong even though the manager from the phone made the offer to begin with.All in all needless to say we will not be going back to this subway as there are other places that know how to treat customers and not as CROOKS!!!
