Burger King - Dyersburg

Worst BK experience of my life, it was worse than the one in my hometown, it was a feat to do so, in regards to being worse. First thing the dining area, was in disarray walking in. Tables weren 't cleaned at all. We had to clean one ourselves to even sit down. Secondly the staff were not friendly at all. Thirdly, I feel the staff needs retraining in customer relations and maybe even retraining in work ethic. Lastly, management needs some work on accountability and inventory management. They were completely out of more than one item. The fountain in the dining area, was completely out and drinks had to be filled from the back, with minimal choices to choose from. So much for Having it your Way .

Probably the worst burger king I have ever been to. I would not recommend stopping here

Food was amazing and love all the workers!! Definitely will be back!!

Service was terrible and all my Husband and I ordered was 2 orders of cheesy potatoes. The girl had an attitude like that was just so much for her to do. But to make matters worse as we were waiting in the drive-thru line we could see in the first window a glimpse of the grill machine ,or whatever they call it, it was absolutely disgusting lookin!!! It had some dark colored liquid running all over the place. There was like paper trash all on floor and when we got to the 2nd window while we was waiting, we saw an even worse nasty messy kitchen sink area. There was stuff over flowing from trash cans and stuff all over the floors!!! Horrible I mean TERRIBLE!!!
