Work had brought me to Topsail N.C for the first time and I gotta say, Daddy Mac's lives up to the hype! Went with a group of 5 colleagues on a Wednesday

The bartender that served us before dinner and our waitress during dinner were wonderful.

Was looking for good seafood and well-made cocktails and found both hereThey don't take reservations so expect a wait.

We were seated and served quickly in a rainy Friday afternoon. We were expecting a wait. Server was prompt and friendly and personal The special was an excellent sandwich/panini and clam chowder. Both were loaded with lots of good eating. The atmosphere in the afternoon was lively and noisy- just perfect for us!

We stopped in for appetizers over the long weekend. It was busy but exceptionally slow. We saw tables who were seated after us receive their food before us. We were a table of 8 but we only ordered 4 appetizers to split. Food was good when it arrived. It took 30 mins from when we started checking the time. No explanation given.
