This is a little gem tucked away! We were craving paella and that’s why we decided to venture to find this restaurant! Paella had nice aromatic spices that our taste buds enjoyed! My favorite was the Yuka Fries!!! A must! Salads super generous and fresh!!! This place is tucked away, so you gotta know ahead of time it’s in a business park. Worth the food.
The menu at Inkas is a true celebration of Peruvian cuisine, featuring a wide array of traditional dishes. From the classic ceviche, bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly balanced acidity, to the hearty and comforting lomo saltado, every dish is crafted with care and attention to detail. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients is evident in every bite.
The service was great, the atmosphere too. The portions are big. 3 stars for that. But the cuisine does not meet Peruvian standards. A bummer there was no pisco sour or anticuchos. We had the lomo saltado and the tallarin verde, it was not worth it.
From the entrance, we can feel happy, since the Latin music surrounds you with joy. The service is 1A, (since I ordered a dish and it was not what I expected, they immediately changed it to the one I thought it was and it was not on the menu, it was a jelly made of only fish and really super delicious, I recommend this restaurant 100%, the price, the taste and the kindness of the girls and the man who serve you are 100% 1A excellent. Thank you very much for everything. And congratulations for such excellent service. We loved the food and of course we will return .
