I feel very rushed when ordering at drive thru or the inside counter. I have started using the arbys app for a better experience but it does t allow me to customize what I want

Ordered two $7 meal deals one beef and cheddar one classic chicken with the intent of having food for dinner tonight and tomorrow since I work through the holiday and no place will be open for me to grab something tomorrow. I very clearly and loudly said classic crispy chicken PLAIN. I ordered inside, when I got my food the cashier immediately rushed off to the drive thru window window making sure I had everything, then seemed a bit put out that I was still standing there. I was standing there wondering why I thought the tiny print in the coupon mentioned it comes with a drink and I must have read that wrong because I had not gotten drinks. She gave me my cups, I got drinks and left. Did not notice until I hit to work that my chicken sandwich is NOT PLAIN!!! Mayonnaise and miracle whip both quite literally make me nauseous and vomit. Sandwich is in the work fridge, hopefully a co worker will eat it otherwise it’s a big waste of money as I will be forced to throw it in the garbage.

2 for $7 chicken was kinda jank but the roast beef made up for it
