Mac Daddy’s - e Falls

This is a revised review.... Originally I gave a 5 star!!! When it was located close to Mead high school, next to fizzy mulligans it was great!!! Felt like a nice neighborhood Pub/restaurant....Ever since they moved to the Newport highway, it has not been the same. Customer service has drastically dropped. It's like they don't care, walked in and there was no one insight, waited a couple minutes before someone emerged from the back to help and felt more irritated to help than anything.. Honestly the food is still great!!! But the service side is just sad.

Vegetarian options: Menu includes items that are meat-free. The vegitarian I went with ordered the veggie Mac and said it was good! Parking: Plenty of parking for this building and the others in the strip-mall like setting of a few different shops. Kid-friendliness: Offer kids menu. Regular menu items are larger portions but still kid-friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Building is one level. Disabled parking spots are close to entrance. Tables are spaced apart well and all seats are chairs (vs booths) so it would be easy to accommodate a wheelchair and plenty of space to store a walker or Cane that would be out of the way.

2-24-24Horrible 1st experience. 1 cashier, 1 cook. Waited 40 min for food, then was told they just ran out of lobster mac n cheese. Told I can order something else and it will be another 45 min wait or longer. Canceled my order and got a refund! Do not eat here or support this place. Rip off for price, horrible service. Im sharing this with family, friends and co-workers. I'd give zero stars if it allowed me!! Parking sucks too!!

Food was delicious!! The man that helped us was very kind! Great customer service!

Got to try their Buffalo Mac and Gold Mac. Both are super delicious ? Customer service was top notice with good recommendations from Tyler! ? Definitely will be going back to grab more next time I work over here!
