Mcdonald's - e Hills

UNACCEPTABLE!!! Walk in order took 16 minutes since the time I got the number until the time i got my food. When we got here, there were no cars, so it was not drive through and we were the only ones here.

All the tables are dirty. Spilled drink on the floor. You can hear everybody in back just talking instead of working. Don’t come here

Just TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Go somewhere else. This place has a bunch of kids with no customer service experience. Valentina looks like she doesn't want to be there and has no customer service experience. I paid for medium fries and got small fries. I went around again to show her, she asked me if the fries were inside the bag, I told her no if that was the case, I wouldn't have gone around again to show her she than gave me medium fries with an attitude and upset. Apparently, upper management here seem not to care, going back on previous reviews, this is a pattern here.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru before someone assisted the car in front of me. Then I waited about 5 more for someone to take my order. Then it was almost 7 minutes before I got my food. With that wait I expected fresh fries, but they were soggy and stale.

Overpriced for french fries, that are fresh food isn’t fresh I wouldn’t recommend McDonald’s anymore for the price you pay you can go out to a sit down and have a great meal for the same price. This one was pretty dirty. The garbage was overflowing whole bunch of school kids running aroundcustomers had to wait forever to order their food
