They advertise nicely on the menu but the food is mediocre. Dominican soup that says with potatoes didn 't have one piece of potato it in.
When I entered the cash register, there was a man named Guillermo who did not welcome us when we entered the restaurant, he took our order and explained to us where everything we could need was, and the food arrived on time, the waiters were courteous and it was exceptional, and It has a variety of different types of Argentine, Colombian and Venezuelan food. It is the place to go since the seasoning is exceptional and extremely good. One of the best restaurants I have eaten in Orlando.
Delicious Latin food, everything we have ordered has had large portions and great flavors for a filling and authentic meal. Kid-friendliness: Kids meals with large portions and many ways to customize the side and drink
I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is flavorful but other than that it’s got zero going for it in service. The overall ordering process is odd and inconvenient. Essentially You order at a counter with a person or a screen. You get a number and then sit down and wait for your order to arrive. Initially that’s fine, but You also have to pick up your own beverage cups from the bar it feels like your waiting at a bar to order a drink when all you need is your beverage cup so you can serve yourself from a drink fountain in the back, you just left a line to get back into another line. and you also have to grab your own napkins and silverware from a station. It looks and feels like a restaurant but it’s not. There are no servers. It’s all self service. Not being able to order with a Server Makes it difficult to add anything to your order or fix any issues efficiently. We had to get up and go back into the front door line to either order at the front desk or on one of the computer screens in order to have a second cocktail. Once again for fries. And again to ask for sauce. We had to Take our own order pick up our own Napkins, cups, and silverware; fill our own cups, And get up and make a line to order more food or fix an allergy? It doesn’t not make sense to leave a tip here if everything is self service. There were also several tables that still had numbers on them, and we ended up sitting at a table we did not like outside because we didn’t know if anyone was sitting at the inside tables or not. After we had our entire meal, we noticed that one of the busers was picking up all of the numbers. We could’ve sat inside the entire time. the numbers just hadn’t been picked up. For some reason, the bartender brought us our food as well. It seems like they are very understaffed, and the whole ordering process was very lengthy and confusing. They need to streamline the process. The food was decent, but the experience left us regretting walking in the door. Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian or vegan options. Dietary restrictions: Not as accommodating as I’d hoped. Parking: Not much parking. Kid friendliness: They have a kids menu with somewhat decent prices.
We’ve been coming here for a few years now. We found it while on vacation and now that we moved to Florida our family comes here all the time We are 1-1/2 hour drive away but we make the trip often just to eat here. The best food and staff and you cannot be their prices
