Cosa non piace a Tvrtko Kojanić di Restaurant Gandhi:
Il mah! si riferisce alla qualità della cucina: non amo nessuna cucina orientale perché si badano su standard diversi dai nostri (e inadatti in generale all'abbinamento con i vini) e quindi purtroppo non sono in grado di giudicare la cucina. Partendo dalla idea che le cucine esotiche siano comunque rielaborate per i gusti locali (come la italiana lo è all'estero) quello che ho mangiato era "buono". La persona con me,...
