Golden Chick - E St, Florence-Graham

This place is very horrible. Hours say 10:30 online and on the store door. They had the door unlocked and we walked in they came rushing to us and saying they aren’t open and closed and locked the door. If you do not open at 10:30 you need to repost your times online and on the store door. Very ridiculous!!! And very RUDE!!!! Don’t go to Golden Chick in Corpus Christi, Texas!!!

Was craving golden chick so bad, it was so good. It was yummy for my tummy ?

Ordered a large tender family order and was told the tenders had about a 30 minute wait. We then decided to get a regular chicken meal that was over 70$ and waited over 20 minutes just to be told it was gonna be at least another 15 minutes for the regular chicken. when we should have been told it was a bit of a wait for the regular chicken too. When I asked for a refund the manager tried to say it was about to be made. she then tried to charge us for our drinks that we had barely even had a few sips of. Manager could have handled it better. Along with someone telling us in the first place that what we ordered was going to be a bit. Also manager questioned if we really ordered our food because we weren't given a receipt.

I was here this morning.The door says open at 10:30 AM.I'm here at 11:00 and nothing lol. Will this place ever open on time, ignored at drive thru too so I'm off to Bill Miller's, or KFC down the road. Don't waste your time especially on a weekend.
