Contribuisci feedbackLet me preface this by saying I don’t usually write bad reviews. But the amount of neglect and care showed to my order was just so overwhelming I had to say something. I went through the drive thru and did the touch screen order. My wife’s 6” sub was okay, was correct for the most part however I did put light ranch for the order and they gave her what seemed to be extra. Whatever that’s fine, mine was completely wrong though. Had no tomatoes or onions like I asked. I asked for a normal amount of chipotle sauce, instead was given an obscene amount of not only chipotle but mayo as well! Whatever mistakes happen is what I usually tell myself. But I remember thinking to myself while waiting on my order, of why it was taking so long? No other customers at the drive thru and two cars in the parking lot. It took 10 minutes for me to get two sandwiches. One that was wrong and another that was inedible. EXTREMELY disappointing experience. That is all.
I went through the drive through to order wraps, But even though there is a button labeled sandwiches and wraps , there were no wraps. Just sandwiches. I was disappointed that I was going to have to get out of my vehicle being as hot and sweaty as I was, and face people but I went inside anyways. When I went in , I let them know that you are not able to order wraps outside at the drive through, To which one of the young ladies there turned to her coworker and let her know. Her only response was.I'm sure there is and she went back to what she was doing. I found that pretty rude and responded well.I would be glad if you showed me. To which she ignored. After that I ordered my food and left, But thought the staff Unprofessional and rude.
Food unknown, no service. Couldn’t find the soup on the touch screen, pressed the help button 3 times, no answer. Drive to window, nobody came. The only other customers were one couple inside and one car behind me.
Adrian and Kyle were absolutely amazing. I'm not the easiest person when I order my sandwich bc I managed for Subway for over ten years and am used to making my own sandwiches. These two were an absolute delight, even with me being particular. The customer service was on point. The patience they had was unmatched. I don't eat Subway very often anymore, but those two will have me coming back for sure. Thank you guys! The sandwiches were amazing just like y'all!! -Kay
The guy that was working was extremely unprofessional and rude in explaining how the coupons we were using are done differently than any other subway. He obviously did not want to work today we were definitely an inconvenience to him and he would have rather the store continue to be empty. Anyways, It does state in fine print certain sandwiches are excluded however we could not order ANY sandwich from any menu other than the build your own menu. Okay but then every sandwich we wanted on THAT menu was also excluded. Top it off we couldn’t add anything else to it so it’s not a true build your own. I have never experienced this is any subway in the state of Texas. I assure you We will not be returning to this Subway. Oh not to mention he made my nephew completely u comfortable.
