Taqueria Jalisco

Has gotten really bad, went today for a quick taco, and my tortilla was really hard and crunchy. It was like it had been days old and got re-heated. I won't even call them, cause they will just say oh sorry, so no need for a call Id rather do a review so others can be aware of what kind of food they are serving.

Anna was rude! Told her I needed another Taco bcz 1st one was only half serving. She took it personal and said it was the kitchen. Of course everybody knows that. We are the customers and they need to remember that before they answer. Nobody wants to go to see sarcastic workers being ugly!

The curly haired server is very nice and great at her job , the girl who doesn’t speak English is very rude . I will not be returning after my last experience. It boils down to poor management. I also see I’m not the 1st complaint as of recently.

Overall a 3 stars. Wait time was a tad bit longer than most places, even though they were not as busy. Food was okay, thanks for the great taste. Came out hot and tasty. Presentation was decent but the taste Was Great. Customer service was good Costs affordable and great tasting. Parking ample parking, limited seating inside so plan ahead. Large parties make a reservation if you can. Overall good tasting food and affordable. For those looking for a decent price and good food this is it. Nice quick stop for those in need of a sit down food spot.

I always have gone here. It use to be my favorite Taqueria in Corpus Christi. My past visits have been disappointing. And it takes a lot for me to leave a review. So this should say something. The man at the drive thru is always super kind. But its the girl at the drive thru that several times has been very rude for absolutely no reason at all. She is the reason I will not be visiting this establishment anymore and taking my business somewhere else. We all have bad days but that is terrible customer service.
