Horrible experience! Long story short, we waited forever for our pizza. we were told to wait in the car and they 'd bring it. got a call that they didn 't have an item we ordered so we canceled that item. waited twice as long as they told us it would be then called to check the status. we were told it was ready. so we went to pick it up and asked the manager why we weren 't notified that the pizza was ready when it was and she told us they didn 't have a number for us and that if we waited that long we should have got a clue and came in to see if it was ready. we asked for a corporate number and she told us it was on the receipt and asked if we needed anything else while she was trying to dismiss us. we left and realized we had no receipt so I went in to get it. she asked if I needed help and I told her i needed a receipt. she turned her back on me and started cutting pizzas and asked someone else to help me. then we realized we didn 't have some of our order so we asked about that and she said we left without getting it. and then told us it wasn 't even ready. she said her name was hope Hernandez but she might have lied about that. we will be contacting corporate as soon as possible.

Love the buffalo burnin hot. Wings are always decently sized too.

I was pleased with the friendly service and how quickly my order was prepared.

Horrible customer services was hung up on three times after wating 45 minutes. Then i was told they had a bad phone. if i could give a negitive i would.
