Mason Jar Kitchen - Eagan

We came to this place hoping to enjoy a nice afternoon on the patio, the menu looked great and the reviews were also promising. Our experience, however, wasn’t what we had hoped for. We sat and ordered drinks and our meals. When the drinks came the server accidentally spilled my girlfriend’s drink all over her. No big deal really, it was an accident. The server then proceeded to “help” with a bleach soaked towel which destroyed my girlfriend’s new outfit and also our kid’s sweatshirt. We politely addressed the issue, the manager came out and apologized and said he would like to comp our meals. Cool, right? No. I was then given the tab for half the meal. When I asked about that, they said they were only taking care of my girlfriend and her son, completely assuming I am not his parent. I’m unsure of where the disconnect is and am left to feel like it’s because we are a lesbian interracial couple and not viewed as a family.

Good food, good local breakfast/brunch/lunch place with a bar and dessert counter

First time eating there. Food was great, service was awesome!!! Stopped after walking around Minnesota Zoo. Would be back!!!

Ooooh!!!! I love this restaurant!!! The buzz in there, I love! The food is so craveably good!!!!!!! The pot roast!!!!!! Yummmmmm!

We had drinks and an app during the late night. I will be going back again!
