Sarpino's Pizzeria Eagan

Had an issue at Sarpino’s and reached out to the manager and it was taken care of quickly and completely. I really appreciated it. Thanks Sarpino’s. We will be back.

March 19, 2024 Update:After trying this Sarpinos location againa few times, I can say I think they are back. The buy 1 large, get 1 medium is back, consistency issues are far less, and delivery time is great. I only order online and haven't had any issues. Every delivery person has also been polite. If you're on the fence this is a great place for a pie.Old Review:Once upon a time Sarpinos would have been a shining 5 stars in a sea of 2-3s, and they were the only pizza place I trusted at 1am. But as of a few months ago new management has taken over and reduced this once great pizza location to a husk. Sarpinos was already what I would have considered on the higher price end of pizza places, but with their buy 1 large get 1 medium pizza deal online, it was manageable. With the removal of the coupon and what I can only say is a reduction in quality, this location has lost its luster. Last few pizzas have had an issue with a doughy, slightly undercooked center and wrong toppings. Delivery times also feel longer. For now, let us all hope that one day Sarpinos Eagan location will come back to its former glory. I fear that day may never come, but I will still have hope.

HORRIBLE Website experience, To long and complex to order a pizza. The website crashes all the time. You call and you get HOLD when they answer....then be prepared to site on hold for 30+ minutes. So easier to go to Ol Piper, Pizza Hut or ANY other competitor. It s a shame because the pizza is good but its not worth the hassle!

Only reason for the four stars is I never did get my garlic butter dipping sauce which hopefully gets fixed for the next one, But other than that, tasted awesome love the variety of toppings.

First time ordering from Sarpino’s and it did not disappoint. Excellent phone service, 17 min from call to delivery. The large 2-topping pizza was to die for cheesy deliciousness! I’ll be back!
