I called ahead to try to tell them I'd be showing up 8 minutes before they close because of heavy traffic. But nobody answered the phone. Then when I did show up 8 minutes before closing time, no employees were behind the counter and they were nowhere to be seen. I then stood there till a few minutes past closing hoping for them to show up then apologize for being an inconvenience to them but tell them the situation to see if they could take me order. Then after a bit they did show up and apologized and I apologized back and they made me a drink and were super friendly ?
This place is literally out of something different everyday I have shown up here more times than I care to remember leaving empty handed because they were out. And it’s not just seasonal things it’s cups, cold brew, and today was heavy cream/sweet cream. Whoever manages inventory at this store needs a talkin
