Contribuisci feedbackOrdered on the Fourth of July and ended up getting food poisoning. I think the meat they used was expired. Needless to say, I won't be getting my sandwich from here anymore.
We had our meal delivered bc my hubby had the car, but we were missing two chip bags and a drink. I called but the person I talked to wasn’t helpful and said unless I had someone go pick them up there was nothing he could do about
They toasted my bread when I didn't want it toasted, then they forgot my cheese that they charged me for, not to mention the fact I door dashed and they were 30 minutes late
Working at Subway has been an incredibly disappointing experience, filled with broken promises, unfair compensation, and ethical failures. I was initially led to believe that I would be promoted to a managerial position, only to realize that it was a deceptive tactic to exploit my hard work and dedication. I found myself shouldering the responsibilities of a manager, all while being paid a mere $12 per hour. This exploitative practice left me feeling undervalued and underappreciated for my efforts.What is even more distressing is the complete neglect for employee safety and well-being. The management failed to report an employee who engaged in inappropriate behavior with a minor. The lack of action and accountability in this matter raises serious concerns about the management's commitment to the safety of their employees and customers. Not to mention the employe was offering drugs to minors as well.Moreover, the overall work environment at this Subway location was toxic and demoralizing. Employees were consistently overworked, with little regard for work-life balance. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for the well-being of those who contribute to the success of the establishment.In conclusion, my time at this Subway location has been marked by deceitful practices, unfair treatment, and ethical lapses. it’s simply unacceptable. Additionally, the failure to address and report the inappropriate actions of an employee displays a severe lack of responsibility. I strongly advise others to reconsider working at or supporting this Subway branch, as their practices and values fall far short of what one would expect from a reputable establishment.
Whoever left the three kids in charge tonight has failed miserably. No customer service, poor skills at making sandwiches and they couldn’t get an order out because sure they spent too much time teasing each other and socializing with each other. If the franchise owner reads this you should be mortified and retrain or fire these three and never leave them unsupervised
