Orly's Bbq - Eagle Pass

The service is great and the interior of the location is very much what you think of with some good bbq. The brisket here was very much on the fatty side which makes anything with chopped brisket unpleasant. The brisket nachos were especially made worsewith this and being too soggy.

The food was delicious .The ribs tender the Brisket moist with flavor and the sausage bit spicy and good ..will come back

My wife and I are from Houston, Texas. While in Eagle Pass we stopped by Orly's. The owners are great people. I have to give it to the man who made the potato salad. It was so dang good! The bbq was just as good too. The price is fair. Not overpriced likebig name bbq places.

I?m not sure if I went at a bad time but I ordered the brisket nachos and they were disappointing to say the least. There was hardly any brisket in the nachos, and the brisket that was on there was just the fatty bits. To me it seemed like they tried tohide the lack of meat by globbing on tons of sour cream. I?d avoid this place altogether the prices don?t reflect the qualityof food.

The food IS awesome. My reason for 3 stars is that they ran out of ribs at 1 to 2. P.m. the wait WOULD be 45 minutes. Canceled order. Next time I will call first.... Learned my lesson.
