Agave Azul - Eagle River

I took a Saturday night. The service was quick and friendly. My Enchiladas were wonderful. I also ordered Nachos, but they were not so good on the way. The salsa here is herbal, but very pleasant. I would definitely go back! I heard good things about her margaritas.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food, atmosphere, and service were all outstanding. I tried the tacos with pork carne asada, and while there were a few bits of fat, that only added to the authentic and delicious flavor. Every bite was fantastic! I also appreciated that the meals included beans and rice—such a tasty addition! The restaurant's decor is vibrant, featuring beautifully hand-carved and painted scenes inspired by ancient Mexico, which adds a charming touch to the overall experience.

The waitstaff was excellent! They were efficient, friendly, and attentive. The food was amazing—my Chimichanga was packed with large pieces of juicy chicken, and my partner's enchiladas were just as delicious. The beer was well-chilled, and the margaritas were flavorful. We even asked for seconds on the salsa and chips. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. We'll definitely be back! Just so you know, it was a busy night, yet the food and service remained outstanding.

The food was good, as expected, although the steaks were a bit fatty. The service was above average. The flan didn’t impress me; it had too much vanilla, but it was still better than what I had at Casa M. I don’t think the price difference compared to similar places like Rheinlander is justified, unless it's summer when there are additional entertainment options.
