If you want ice cream then order online to pickup. We stood for 20mins and watched as they filled online orders instead of helping customers in the store. We left and went to Carrs.

Waited patiently in line tonight for almost 20 minutes to order a milkshake only to be told all of the blenders were broken. Really?

Great ice cream!! I would definitely go back over and over again!! Customer service is a hit or miss but lately it's been improving for the most part!

Young male disgruntled and rude. Would not assist his partner, a young female fielding all of the work. While I understand young folks need a job, 9 pm is closing, not 8:45. We walked out, she was overwhelmed!

Cold Stone Creamery, tucked away in a small strip mall in the heart of Eagle River. It's a small ice cream shop and a perfect addition to the options in the town. They have all the obligatory flavors and toppings of any ice cream shop worth their salt and they have great customer service to boot. I've been in the shop in the middle of the day when it's slow and 8 PM on a Friday night when they're swamped and they continue to serve customers with the same diligence and eagerness to serve. Oh and they have ice cream cakes and do milkshakes too!
