Cold Stone Creamery - Eagle River

I've never had a bad experience here until I decided to deliver an ice because I was sick. I paid for a pint or my ice and got a? like it? big egg to make something worse, I ordered the greener most favored and instead of the pekane I got walnuts there was no fudge and there was no caramel there was only a small watte brownie and walnuts sitting in the center of my ice cream, not even mixed away. I have always been here for years a really good customer service and delicious ice cream. but knowing this is the result if they are not in charge to keep employees responsible, my opinion has really changed and I don't know I'm going back.

4 workers and only 1 persons who help customers until they ask 1 of their employees to help the next customer. smootheias were excellent, but took 20 minutes to get.

Her ice is delicious with a great choice to choose. if they can make up their minds, they have already suggested many combinations for them to choose from. the workers are friendly and helpful. you can't go wrong, watch it yourself and enjoy it.

A wonderful experience. The location is very clean, and the atmosphere is inviting. The staff was great. Everyone was friendly and kind. I am not a big ice cream eater, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

Coldstone is awesomeness served the way you want. Great flavors are always in abundance. Staff are all great, friendly and courteous. Price is a bit on the high side as it can cost almost as much for desserts as it did for dinner. If not for that I would have given a five star. If 4.5 was an option it certainly have that.
