Pizza Hut - Eagle River

The manager at the Eagle River, AK location was very rude. I paid for my pizza and it was burnt. When I asked for a refund, the manager threw my pizza in the trash and told me I couldn't get a refund, only a replacement pizza. Due to time constraints, this wasn't an option for me. The manager was uninterested and refused to compensate me. I left without my pizza and without my money refunded. I will not be returning to this restaurant as long as that manager is still there. The rest of the staff was great, though.

Although I was made aware that the restaurant was out of mushrooms prior to me placing my pickup order, I am confused as to why.

The staff is friendly and attentive. I am seated promptly and never have to wait more than 5 minutes. My order is always prepared and ready when I arrive.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and they have always delivered. However, recently they have refused to deliver to my house, which is only 5 minutes away, as their computer system suddenly says that my address is not deliverable. I do not recommend ordering from Pizza Hut Eagle Flow if you live in Powder Back.
