Sandflames Gourmet Grill - Ealing

Not a single vegan option on what is a very short menu. Not impressed Seating is kind of a covered outdoor space suitable for smoking.

Potato chips were great however chicken burger was a bit dry, luckily, they brought extra sauces so that made the meal a bit better.

Sandflames was my go to place before but im no longer going to be a customer, they have increased their prices however we was sat quickly but waited nearly 20min to be even noticed by anyone that we hadn't ordered then someone came to take our order but then randomly disappeared and went to the table next to us who had already ordered and took another 5mins there and to be honest for the prices and how not busy it was i just had enough and walked out

I was staying in the Travelodge across the road so this seemed as good a place as any to pop for dinner. The staff were friendly and the food was good and came quickly. There were a couple of good veggie options and the portions are good sized. The place doesn’t serve alcohol but the milk shakes are very good. For all of the above I’d usually give the place 4 spots but the other diners dragged the place down I was sat on a table on my own and three separate people decided it was ok to sit down at my table while they waited for their friends who had gone to the toilet one woman was very drunk (obviously not on milkshake and sat down after she’d bumped into my table three times. Also the diners sat at the table opposite me (who seemed to know the manager(? quite well and really were old enough to behave with a bit more decorum spent more time licking eating each other’s faces and mauling each other than eating their food which was a lot off putting, I ended up leaving half of my food and departing.

By far the best meal and service I have had in a long time. The food was unbelievably tasty and cooked to perfection! The service was exceptional the waiter was so polite and attentive. The waiting time was just right. The food was so fresh! Would definitely recommend a visit and I will definitely be coming back when I’m next in London. Well done guys!!
