Shahi Nan Kabab - Ealing

Rubbish ….got my whole order wrong ….walked home 30 mins to open the box with the wrong order. The guy can’t talk properly behind the counter and obviously has hearing problems too ! Not a happy customer!

Heard about this restaurant from a friend so decided to give it a try. In order to avoid delay upon collection decided to order in advance. The person over the telephone had no customer service skill at all. He put the phone down before me even completing the order, giving my name or telling them that I would like the food in 20 mins time. Tried to call back several times en route to the restaurant however no one answered the phone. Upon arrival I was given food which was cold. When I complained, I was given the option of either take it or leave it. The guy serving behind the counter was extremely rude and ill mannered. People like that should not be allowed to serve customers. The cooking area was not clean. Once at home, we regretted the decision of not leaving the food. The chicken and lamb tikka were burnt and tasted disgusting. The kebabs were the worst I have tasted and the paratha was tough like leather. The salad and sauces were mediocre. Do not go to this restaurant and avoid at all costs. Even tell your friends and family not to bother wasting their money. There are much better restaurants in Southall which serve better food and are much cheaper.

Absolutely terrible! Worst ever restaurant I have been too and this is meant to be one of the best places to eat. All staff were rude and didn't care about customer satisfaction also treated the kitchen like it was their toilet, I also witnessed the chef pick his nose multiple times which is disgusting. The so called famous kebabs were appalling had no flavour (looked like a black turd on a plate) and burnt to no return (don't get me started on the other food) I had horrible stomach pains and visited the toilet countless times. Fly's were all over the place and the place had no hygiene I honestly don't know how this shop is still opened it was a complete joke. I really hope no one will visit this place after reading this because it is the complete truth, I still have relatives running to the toilet which is an absolute joke. Food took over an hour to be cooked and had to collect it ourselves even after spending over £100. Really disappointed in this shop.

They are based from long time food is very good and fresh chicken was so yummy small but nice place.

Went to the new South Road branch last Sunday evening. Ok yes I understand that they're busy but there was just 1 guy taking orders. The queue was long with about 10-15 people in from of us. It took about 45 minutes for us to reach the getting and place our order. On top of this a guy who had come into collect a take-away order was also waiting in line with its purely because of the length if time it was taking to get served by this one member of staff.
