Opens early, where others are still too. there at 7 o'clock and the coffee machine the barista had already steamed! this morning had a nice soy flat white, brewed with the right strength and balanced with a smooth soy. feel very happy ready to meet the day!

Great food but the staff are very unprofessional and slow. I witnessed two members of staff having a physical brawl in the kitchen. The food is actually very nice but even though you order something prepared earlier and on display don't expect to get it any time soon if you ask for it toasted. The staff barely put it in the toaster properly and then forget about it if it's reasonably busy. 3 stars because the food is its only redeeming factor. Customer service needs a look into by managers

I am not one to usually leave negative reviews. 9am on a Sat morning. 1 girl serving, trying to basically do everything while other staff were out the back. The result being a line up and everyone waiting ages. A suggestion would be the staff out the back come and assist, clear the crowd, then go back to doing whatever it is they are doing. Good service 101, focus on serving customers first, the rest can be done after, because if you lose the customers, you lose money. Kudos to the young girl out the front though, she was trying her best, I felt sorry for her.

The designer of the takeaway containers of soul origin should be awarded for making it look big but hold less. I tried thrice with their different types of salads and every time the lady filled up with so much of long and large chopped fluffy leaves that there is hardly any chicken or other solid stuff. The final product you get is no where close to what they put in display. Their approach is very wrong. Deceptive and false advertising. I stopped buying after 3 times of very small serve of large salads. Found another shop nearby with better portion and real substance of grilled chicken salad.

Ordered an iced coffee and 50 of it is just foam. Super sweet and don't know why they used a blender to make it a frappe....
