Mcdonald's - Easley

Fast, freendly, eating was made fresh, cheese had just melted, everything was boiled exactly right. I must tell them honestly that it was one of the best mcdonald’s breakfast I had in a good time, and I eat breakfast at mcdonald’s at least 4 or 5 times a week

I probably eat here once a week and I'll get tired. the personal is almost always rude. they never salt the fries, the ice machine is always broken and every time I get a cupcake, it is stale and the time on it is good for hours. Maybe they should drive in pickens or white horse road.

The orders are consistently incorrect, and they seem to make up excuses before forgetting about them, while other customers receive their orders without issue. The customer service is incredibly poor, and when asked questions, the staff often pretends not to understand by speaking in a different language.

I ordered over 24.00 food! When I came home, two of my things were not in the bag. So I called and I wanted to explain what happened. when I was cut off in the middle of the set. hold them 5 minutes, then I was hanged. So I called back! this child to say how rude it was that she hangs on a customer. She never said I'm sorry. She was rude! I asked for the number of companies. she said we didn't have it here? we only had the website. that's why I stop going to mcdonalds. I just left this time because I have my grandchildren babysitting. I gave them a star, and that's because I was nice. in contrast to this unprofessional manager.

The customer service was terrible. I was missing an item from the dollar menu, and when I pointed it out after taking everything out of the bag, the staff argued with me and asked for the bag back. I would have gladly paid an extra dollar to avoid the hassle. Eventually, I just told them to forget it and left without the item I had paid for! To make matters worse, the guy handed me the wrong Happy Meal, asked me to check it, then took it back and gave it to the car behind me. How unsanitary! I won't be returning!
