UNFORTUNATELY , the degree of FLAT-OUT RUDE and UNCONCERNED, isn’t included in these questions!! Should be! I wouldn’t want them representing my business! But I hope, the manager, who is supposed to call me around 9:00-9:30pm, is more concerned about how her employees treat the public AND cares about how there food is going out the door, when it’s wrong! I’ll never get my money back, I’ve been told, but I gotta try! I don’t have the money to just go in n not have anything to show for it!! The guy n girl working today around 4:00pm NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME STANDING THERE in front of them!! I just stepped up n told them what I wanted. 2 footlong chocolate chip cookies. The guy finally got them n heated them, but they were hard as a rock n he asked if I wanted him to put more time on them?. I said “They’ll be so hard I can’t eat them !” I asked for a fork to see if they were the way they’re supposed to be n it just about broke the tongs off the fork, it was so hard. Then they started hollering that it wasn’t their fault cus they come that way from the company!! I asked to have the credit reversed because they were HARD AS A ROCK!. I got them n went to the location on 123. They heated them like they should be n they bout melted in my mouth. I went back to the Pendleton St store with my phone on video to show the people involved n the girl went behind a wall hollering something about me recording them n putting it on YouTube! I pulled out the cookies I just got from the other location to show them how they should be. They kept on saying “ it ain’t our fault! We can’t control if they’re hard or not! Nobody can!! I said the other location had no problem AT ALL AND THEY'RE PERFECT!! So they DEFINITELY need some new employees with personalities other than hate and denial!! Another lady walked in SEVERAL MINUTES after I did n they never acknowledged her either!! I told her I was going to the one on 123! She left too! I’m waiting on the manager to call me n see if she’ll make it right or lose more customers. Cus I will make sure that people know what a PATHETIC store they’re running! 2 out of 2 people won’t be going back there! IM A CHRISTIAN AND I NEVER LOST SIGHT OF THAT while I was going through all this. It made for a horrible way to start n stop your day. It was supposed to be like a “cheating on your diet “ for me n my Mom. I finally got some good cookies n we ENJOYED EVERY BITE OF THEM!!! (From another store!! The time has come n gone when the manager was supposed to call. me. FIGURED!!
The place was clean, the manager was working and she did a great job, my food was exactly how i wanted it. definitely recommend, they seem to get a lot of online orders which was a good sign people liked the food. will definitely be going back.
Purchased three footling subs on the app. Arrived to pick them up. Subs were ready, labeled as requested, and the Customer Service was Great. Lilly was extremely sweet, and eager to please. After getting the subs home,eating them, and hearing how much we all really really enjoyed them. I took the time to call in to Subway to find out Lilly had also made all three Footlongs. I made sure I let her know how much her time and attention to detail, as well as her customer Service was appreciated. Lilly you are a real asset to Subway, and the epitome of a Perfect Transaction. I will now be a regular customer. Great job.
It doesn’t deserve any stars! The management or lack of I should say, is horrible!!! The district manager is even worse!!! They treat there employees like they are dogs, they can’t even give a reason for letting some one go, or even have the decency to tell them that there being let go. This use to be my favorite subway back when Jamel was owner, but since these new people have came in it has went down hill fast. And I was one of the employees that was let go so just an inside tip STAY AWAY GO SOME WHERE ELSE because trust me you do not want to eat there.
