I went through the drive thru, at the window you could see at least 8 workers inside. they looked confused as if they didn't know what they were doing. my order was right. they need an organization.
Would give 0 if I could. first visit I ordered a triple Bourbon Bacon cheeseburger without rolls and they gave me three pattie’s and cheese. Today I ordered two burgers on the app for mobile pick up in the thru running gear, show and they say my order is not there and never offer to make it right or a solution, they just say it is not yet. they are incompetent and offer a complaining customer service.
I hate to give bad reviews, but there's a thing I can't stand is bad representation of a firm. cash looked a bit older than she was complaining to a customer of her jobs and how tired she is. I was the next person. also drinker was from most of the brand drinks on one of 2 machines. I wouldn't have to wait so long if both machines are really going to be out.
Always fast and fresh hot food. Love the new strawberry frosty and the fact that any time I order it they have it!! Wendy could school the McDonald's clown on how to keep their machine in working order!!!!
