Lash - EAST AURORA

I had a terrible experience. I was super excited and got these lashes done because I was part of a high time and because of mask eyes were so important! instead of getting my makeup done, I thought lasting lashes would be worth it. in less than 24 hours wimpers fell out. I was then asked to come back the next day because the high time was in two days! the technique it repaired, noticed that they came out with a brush and the glue did not work. she added fans. but it does not have the problem of any other wimping except the random fans!!!!! now for the third time I come in and the owner could not believe her eyes. it looked like I never finished it. maybe three lashes on each eye left. she tried again with a new set. I went beyond and beyond to care for these lashes. I didn't wash them for two days and all the directions followed. I used her brush and foam. even after all, that they are still out of date and could not even last a week alone a few days. it has not even offered a refund or a free removal. during a week, I spent forty minutes on terrible quality. they cannot separate themselves from them. she wouldn't even refund me the half. I understand to pay for the effort, but the quality and that is what is being advertised and I did not get what I paid and wasted all my money on the laundry and whisper. I should have stopped. I had to go to another salon to take them out and pay another 40 because the owner would not compensate if this was their problem and from my control and I heard from my new salon tons of girls from the lashing bar with the same output. I was so patient and friendly and the owner gave me a hand. about everything they were beautiful until I was not a push and had to accept the work they did and confront them because it is so expensive. the other work were sweet, but this is not worth it if they cannot keep or prioritize their customer experience.

Great and welcoming staff, comfortable furnishings and fantastic results. I have a whisper lift and inked by the bretagne and I am obsessed with the results. they feel like I never need mascara again. I know others who get extensions from here that also look amazing.

Clean and professional, awesome staff who make you feel so comfortable right away, and high quality services. What else could you want?! They are amazing at what they do!!

Unfortunately, I was only happy the results once out of the three times I got the lash lift and tint service at Lash Bar. The first time I was there my natural lashes didn't lift at all so I contacted Jackie, the owner, and she immediately booked me an appointment with her. My lashes came out great when she did them and lasted about 7 weeks. She handled my complain very professionally so I was willing to give her business another try. I went ahead and booked another lift and tint with Jackie two weekends ago, this time however my lashes didn't turn out nearly as good as the last time she did them. I don't want to complain again but I definitely won't be returning since the results seem to be inconsistent. Jackie is very knowledgeable, so maybe it's an issue with the products they use...

I love the lashes and I also love the staff. The only thing that's annoying is they hardly ever answer the phone. I must of called over 100 times within 2 weeks and they answered 2 times. I wish they would answer the phone or have a answering machine.
