Jim Nena's Pizzeria - East Berlin

Today I was in to get my cheese steak sud and 2 slices of pizza and I'm sick and tired of the short lady with glasses that took my order she is always rude to me and Today my sub was cold when I got home and I only live 7 minutes away and that never happened before not good I come in there at least 3 times a week and not good for business maybe she needs to go to anger management I've spoken to others about her and they said she does the same thing to them

There are always different people working so even if you order the same item it isn't always made the same. There's a lack of consistency. The wait time is longer than expected the atmosphere is a bit dark. Parking: Parking is located behind the pizza shop

As we were passing through, the staff here was friendly and helpful. The pizza was appropriately priced and delicious! We highly recommend!

Ordered a small cheeseburger sub hardly any burger on it!
