The donut and coffee I got were terrible, the donut tasted sour and was gooey and the coffee tasted terrible the only thing that was good was the duty free trade that it would not recommend to eat somewhere else while waiting for a flight

Great for the typical dunkin? Farewell, but I have just experienced that a male employee complains to a female employee about his work loud enough to listen to other customers. She tried to calm him down, but he remained shocked and cried the F word with her. Magnificent experience and quite shocking.

1 star for each part of my order they have right plus 1 star for any friendly personnel interaction plus 1 star minimum that you need to give and you get their overall rating. Great way to leave Boston. Stop from the Dunkin at Terminal C for an evil interaction with rude, hard to understand staff that could not give rats when they get you what you paid.

There was only one person working the cashier that I could see, but they were courteous and served every patron quickly. The food quality was ok at best, but I was hungry and I needed some food. Overall it's not the worst thing in the airport and if the lines are short, you can get served quickly.
