Pollos La Braza Beto's - East Boston

This is a great spot with delicious food. The chicken is juicy, and the jalapeño sauce is the best you'll find in East Boston.

I tried the chicken at Beto's, and I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed. The chicken was dry, and the side sauce was a blend of mayonnaise and jalapeño, which wasn't very appealing. Sometimes they don’t even keep it refrigerated, so you can imagine what that does to the mayo. The atmosphere was also bothersome. The patrons were drinking beer, which made it unpleasant, as they spoke loudly and made inappropriate comments about women. The owner didn’t seem interested in addressing the situation. Overall, I wasn’t a fan of either the food or the environment.
