Contribuisci feedbackThe night of the event started out horribly, due to Frank. He was so unprofessional and rude. We had guest waiting out in their cars, he wouldn't let anyone... I mean anyone in, not even the dj to set up the equipment. I felt so bad for the hosts of the party they were so embarrassed. The staff did amazing in on the decor setup. I also felt that the serving of the food should be a little more considering of the person. Other than that everything else went well.
Amazing drinks and food! Highly recommend the starburst or Swedish fish martini! Love the atmosphere in here. Great decorations, not to mention an amazing place to have a small or large event.
I have gone to this restaurant ever since they first opened and it 's become abundantly clear that since Covid, it 's gone downhill considerably. Sadly, they no longer care about their customers only their profits. Food quality, menu options, customer satisfaction and addressing customer complaints are all no longer on their priority list. To add insult to injury they have a poor excuse for a rewards program where they give you a $5.00 reward for every $100 you spend that can be used towards your next meal the catch is, they only give you about a week to use this reward and then it expires. And believe me they will not budge an inch on the expiration date. I got yelled at for even asking for a 2 day extension. Clearly it 's a disingenuous marketing ploy engineered to make themselves look good but I 'm here to call them out It 's NOT working. By putting such a restrictive time limit on the reward , they know in most cases, the customer won 't have a chance to use it, as inflation is hitting consumers hard and people can barely afford to eat out once a week, let alone twice in two weeks. I was so annoyed by this that I sent a letter with my contact information to the OWNER of the restaurant and he didn 't even have the decency to respond. Take my advice, if you 're looking for a place to eat and spend your hard earned money, go elsewhere because no matter how you slice it, you 'll be disappointed if you go here.
I would had given restaurant a 5 star but the manager ruined it she has no class very rude and dresses unprofessional!! It's to bad because I would of considered this place for my Christmas party I work for a large company but not now
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked a function here. From the beginning communication was a challenge. Them cam hidden fee after hidden fee. The final straw was when I received my final invoice. The price per person increased by 4 dollars per person. There was no prior notification of the increase. Upon talking with Frank, I was told that I am the only one who has questioned this. All other customers have been understand. There was zero accountability or apology for not informing me of the increase. I was very disappointed in the customer service and would recommend never hosting a function here. The customer definitely does not come first.
