If they take a coffee order from someone, whether it is running gear thru or in the load it is written on the actual sticker label on the side of the becher, which should be included with this special cup order, e.g. extra ice means extra ice, add whip cream means adding whip cream .... rather simple instructions to follow. from any reason this particular situation can not get them right at any time
The manager here is a shady and is really worried to make their customers right. I'm ashamed to say that I don't know their names, but she greets me with names every morning and I never told her. she just learned it from the label among the probably 400 customers they see before 10 o'clock. she has purple haare. I can't miss her. She's great and I saw her deal with a lot of ****.
This situation is super slow and is as long as I can remember. in the drive thru for 20 minutes was ordered a food item with my drink, but not because the staff was rude. I just ordered the drink paid $6.56 then when it is from the window it is a small when I paid for a big one! I said twice, I wanted a venti at the first time that I ordered, and the girl cut me off and said hold on.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars, this place is disrespectful inconsiderate. I'm exhausted from driving, and have a long drive ahead of me still. I was glad to find a Starbucks, but unfortunately I was dismissed discriminated. At 9pm I was on line, but the cashier dismissed me told me she can't help me and can only take the person in front of me because there's only two ppl working. This Starbucks closes at 10pm, but she decided to close this coffee shop at 9pm.
