The food tasted quite good for the most part. I would love to give a higher rating, but the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. They seem unfriendly when customers ask about options and toppings. If they’re unhappy, maybe they should consider working at another Subway.
The older woman working at this subway location was quite rude and visibly angry when we requested to add a veggie patty to our order. It seemed like a simple task to re-enter the order with the patty. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that she seemed to treat us differently because we're Indian. I definitely won't be returning to this place. It's no surprise that they have such poor reviews.
A cup of water was provided. You mentioned that they were holding two sandwiches, and then we both laughed!
This location requires personal training for customer service and adjustment. I am disabled veteran and you are not in a position to sit unless they are a customer. I wanted to have a sub, but after I was told because I checked the menu that the seat was only for the payment of customers and they have 15 to 20 minutes to eat and go. I bought a cookie to cover the time while I checked the menu when I sat. but left, I don't want people to do something with an employment, I won't support a place that is rude for his customers and veterans! boycott.
