Hungry Jack's - EAST BUNBURY

Not impressed. Not busy by any means however very slow to be served, people kept returning to counter to collect missed items. Took ages to get meal - checked before we left, order incorrect and not upsized as requested. Food was cold. Wouldn't bother going there again, don't expect silver service but expect some resemblance of service.

Had this at the CBD Perth. Friendly and helpful crew. It was a busy lunch hour but the team gave a good and fast service. Food is ordinary;like any other fast food. Place is reasonably clean during that hour with everyone cleared their own tray. Would go for it if i'm there again.

Having always preferred HJs over its opposition in fast food burgers I have to say this HJs has deteriorated over the years. Food is very ordinary. Standard of cleanliness not good enough.

Only one person in the restaurant serving, we hd to wait over 10min to get served and then had to wait about 5min for food. The floor of the restaurant was covered in food and about 60% of the tables needed to be cleared and wiped. when I mentioned the food on the floor was given a shoulder shrug and told they were busy. Dodgy

For a long time this was the only Hungry Jack's around, so the drive through was always busy. They have now opened another one in Eaton so I hope this takes the pressure off the Bunbury store.
