Vittoria Bay - EAST BUNBURY

Went here for dinner and after the experience, would rate it as one of the best in Bunbury. Setting was ideal for quiet dinner, looking out on the golf course. Staff were very courteous and helpful and the meals were absolutely first class. Restaurant was well set out and very well presented in all aspects.

We had a meal here on Saturday night, it was average. I ordered soy braised beef with chilli lime carrots and sweet potato gnocchi. There was no gnocchi and the carrots were raw. When I asked the waitress about the missing gnocchi, she said it was gnocchi flavoured sweet potato and that the restaurant called it that to make it sound fancy. Don't go to this restaurant, service was poor and food average. We were staying at the hotel and decided to try the facilities, what a mistake.

Food was delicious, and service was 10/10. We will be back for sure. Thank you

I’ve just been to your restaurant The Vitoria Bay. How very disappointing it was, mind you the food was very nice, but the service was absolutely appalling we had a table of 8 with the rest of the restaurant was reasonably full, with a function elsewhere. There where not enough staff to cover the needs of those in the Dining room. We had to ask to be served to order our meal. We never had anyone to remove the dirty plates, we placed them on another table that had not been cleared. I had to ask to order sweet, and then they forgot to make it or even serve. How dare this happen at a flash place that you look forward to going to, I feel for those people who staying at this such a flash place ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Lift your **** game.

We dined at this restaurant on Saturday night, and our experience was quite average. I ordered the soy braid with chili lime carrots and sweet potato gnocchi. Unfortunately, the gnocchi was missing, and the carrots were raw. When I inquired about the missing gnocchi, the waitress informed me that they were actually sweet potato flavored gnocchi and that the restaurant used that name for branding purposes. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant; the service was poor and the overall dining experience was disappointing. We were staying at the hotel and thought we would give the facilities a try, but it turned out to be a mistake.
