Rally's - East Cleveland

You have to walk up to drive thru to get service since they keep walk ups outside in cold and rain. Question. How many employees does it take to fill 1 order. Answer.4. 1 to make and 3 tp wait. Picture proves it. In defense to Rallys, i will admit they are 1 of the few establishments they serve pedestrian's.

The service is very bad. Attitude and not pleasant. Had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive thru. Then had to go back to the speaker.

It was horrible my food was cold and over cooked at the same time its was like rhe food was over cooked and sat to the side till I came and ordered it and they just gave it to me I complained and went back the next day to get a replacement and that food was cold it was cooked right but was cold! Like cmon! I think I'm done with rallys!

Customer service can be better. This seems like the only franchise that just can't give get service

Just close it down... everytime I come here it's a problem... instead of being inside working the entire crew was outside and the window person answered from outside saying they couldn't take any orders
