Taco Bell - East Cleveland

The server who took my order was very curt, even though I was polite. The food was cold and I didn't even receive my hot sauce. I would not suggest visiting this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant are clearly incompetent. My orders are always incorrect and simple items take way too long to prepare. I recently received cheese sauce with no chips and never get the sauces I order. It's unbelievable to eat Taco Bell without sauce. The lack of care for correct orders makes me question the sanitation standards of this place. I haven't had a correct order in years and each time I eat here, I hope for a change but it never happens. It seems like the place is managed by unqualified individuals as consistently getting orders wrong doesn't make sense. Despite being short-staffed, they should at least ensure that customers receive what they pay for. I will never return to this restaurant.
