Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant are impolite and unhelpful. There are long lines to be served because of the inefficient process management. The drive-through is like a crowded parking lot. And even when you finally receive your food, it's often not what you ordered.
This restaurant is terrible. The pancakes were mostly hard from being overcooked in the microwave, and the muffins seemed to be hastily thrown together. The eating area was dirty, and there were missing items on the menu. When we tried to address these issues with the staff, they ignored us. The toilets were also dirty and blocked. This place should be shut down and inspected by health authorities.
We decided to stop at this restaurant for convenience on our way back from vacation, and it exceeded our expectations based on some of the reviews. The food arrived promptly and was as tasty as expected for a McDonald's meal. The only downside was the small parking lot.
AVOID AVOID AVOID !! this filthy disgustingly run mc d 's served our kids happy meals with activity books inside that had been used , the covers of the book packs had sticky splash marks clearly from drinks being splashed near them , sauce stains on them . Inside the books had scribbles the fins a path home activity had already been done by a kid called Alfie as he had written this with the green pencil that was included in the kids meal pack which had been put into the box touching my kids food obviously cross contamination committed. After going instore to complain we were approached by a DISGUSTINGLY rude so called manager who 's attitude stunk , after us explaining his attitude was ' so what do you want me to do about it ? This angered us I said maybe teach lobby staff to not return used kids happy meal toys that 's left by customers use them again . Not at any point did he disagree but he never once apologised let alone offer to replace any of the contaminated food after us showing him the used books instead he smirked said ...have a nice evening!! This angered me more I asked for his name which he refused to give again I said I want your name your the manager at this point he said ... yes I am the manager trying to manage a store with 8 staff but people like you keep stopping me ! We have complained to mcdonalds head office who don 't seem yo care so we are now taking it further especially the ' people like you comment being g said to a mixed race family of mine. Imagine your kids eating food that 's been exposed to other kids dirty grubby fingers and thrown back into the happy meal box mixed up touching the fries , totally unacceptable this complaint isn 't going away its being taken higher . also drive thru window staff serving customers covered in at least 8 love bites or tramp stamps is gross awkward when your 10yr old twins are asking what they are on the female workers neck
Spent £30 to feed 3 teenage boys. Food was cold, fries were stone cold and items were missing. I guess because of its location, very few turn around to complain. Joke.
