I'm so glad I got my 21st birthday meal here. I tried the 8-course lunch menu, beautiful prosecco, fresh mincetee and the watermelon cocktail. they were all extraordinary. I strongly recommend the watermelon cocktail. incredible value for money. that was worth every penny. the culinary journey that they make with the tasting menu is simply amazing. I cannot believe that in this rural space of the world there is such a high quality restaurant. I don't have the vocabulary to describe exactly how extraordinary it was eating. I am a great fan of tasting menu format, because it means that they try different foods that they would not otherwise go. I am so happy about all the new ingredients and combinations I tried. the personal was obviously incredibly well known and had a great rich history in the culinary world. the chef was very charismatic and his passion really came through his work. the server was wonderful and had a lot of experience in his job. two really wonderful people who have helped to make this experience so wonderful.

Outstanding service is remarkable eating literally the best meal I have ever eaten. set menu which led to me trying the things outside my normal comfort zone and very satisfied I did

This restaurant can never impress that we are very happy to live in walking distance. a special opportunity experience for us as it is expensive, but honestly every penny is worth. it is fine eating in southbourne near bournemouth offers tasting menus an unusual place for such high quality eating. when they are in london, they make the journey they will not be disappointed.

A so fantastic experience. small family business, which was master of customer service. had the Discovery menu that was a 10-course tasting menu and enjoyed every bit of it!
